Discount Codes

  1. Discount codes / promotional offers are only available online at https://greystreet.co.uk/
  2. Any refunds will take into account the discount applied as part of the offer.
  3. Offers may not be valid for the purchase of certain Grey St. products which will be detailed on the respective product pages.
  4. Grey St, reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in our reasonable opinion, a promotion code or discount is invalid for the order being placed or is the subject of fraudulent activity.
  5. Grey St, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or withdraw a promotion at any time without notice.
  6. Only codes issued by Grey St. on the Grey St. website or with selected approved partners are accepted. Discount codes obtained on discount code websites have not been created by Grey St. and are therefore not valid.
  7. Press Discount codes are for press features, collaborations and events only and cannot be used for personal orders.
  8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.


E-Gift Cards


E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after this date has passed.

Shipping Policy

We will do our absolute best to get your Grey Street package to you as soon as we possibly can. All deliveries come lovingly packed in biodegradable and sustainably sourced packaging.

Refund Policy

We hope you love our products, but if you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing us on customerservice@greystreet.co.uk or by using the ‘contact us’ form to obtain the returns delivery address.


 Please be aware of the following when returning your product: 

  • Items must be returned in a saleable condition and it’s original packaging
  • Items must be returned within 4 weeks of the original purchase date 
  • In the interest of hygiene pierced earrings are non-refundable

 

Once the items are received back at Grey Street, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days


Bespoke and Made to Order Products

Unfortunately as Bespoke Products are lovingly created just for you and are made to order, we are unable to accept returns.


Made To Order and Personalised Products are exempt from our standard returns policy unless the product is faulty or the personalisation does not match your original request.
